Ideally positioned opposite the beautiful St Kilda Botanic Gardens, the recently completed Ivy has been named as winner of ‘Residential Design, Multi-Unit over six dwellings' in the 2009 Building Designers Association of Victoria awards. Designed by Hecker Phelan and Guthrie, Ivy apartments blend modern living with the beauty of the surrounding natural environment.

Ivy's impressive four level atrium features lush moss coloured carpet, a custom made light using Mance candles and an incredible photographic installation by acclaimed Australian photographer Bill Henson.
