My sofa – comfortable and well worn - a place where I can relax, feel safe and spend time with my family.

Who would you choose to do your portrait and why?

I love photographic work so I would say Bill Henson.

If you could afford any piece of art in the world, what would it be?

Anything drawn by my kids.

GAS – Giuseppe Arnaldo & Sons at Crown.

If you were stranded on a desert island, what book and CD would be in your survival kit?

The Frank Lowey biography or any biography by Paul Barry - and the Hotel Costes collection on my ipod.

If you could change one thing about Melbourne, what would it be?

Better integration of art and architecture - and I wish we had the Queensland beaches.
