2010 has kicked off to a flying start with construction of lilli now underway.

In a major coup for Claremont Street's burgeoning food precinct, we will soon welcome one of Melbourne's much loved restaurateurs to the lilli laneway - watch this space for more information! 

We're one step closer to seeing our vision for lilli come to life with Hecker Phelan & Guthrie and Elenberg Fraser's incredible design promising to deliver South Yarra's next must-live and work address.

lilli has work life covered with a small number of boutique offices designed by the clever team at Hecker Phelan & Guthrie still available.
