Ivy, Fridcorp’s boutique apartment offer next to St Kilda’s Botanic Gardens, took centre stage in September when architects Orbit Solutions were awarded ‘Winner – Residential Design, Multi-Unit over six dwellings’ in the 2009 Building Designers Association of Victoria awards.
