Our Ivy development in Herbert Street, St Kilda has been shortlisted for a second award - the 2010 Interior Design Excellence Awards (IDEA), which showcase the best of Australian design.

Ivy, designed by Hecker Phelan & Guthrie, has been shortlisted from hundreds of submissions in the 'Residential Interior - Multi Dwelling' category and was featured in the July issue of (inside) magazine.

Hecker Phelan & Guthrie's unrelenting design flair is evident in the use of natural timbers and stone throughout the development which link back to the neighbouring St Kilda Botanic Gardens.  Ivy's lobby is a gallery-like space for residents thanks to the amazing photography by renowned Australian artist, Bill Henson.
