Fridcorp welcomes to lilli high profile US IT company Attachmate, who now call the newly completed development on Claremont Street home, after signing a 7 year lease across a 1170 metre office space.
As reported in The Australian Financial Review and according to First National Commercial Director Patrick O'Callaghan, the lease was one of the largest outside the CBD and indicative of a broader trend of well-known corporations moving away from the city into key inner-city locations.
"Attachmate is a good fit for the design driven lilli development and underpins the area's growth for corporates. Our brief was to seek out long term, high level tenants in keeping with both the Claremont Street precinct and in particular the lilli development" Mr O'Callaghan said. Attachmate will house 50 staff in their new offices in addition to training facilities.
