Construction of elm in Dorcas Street, South Melbourne is well underway, with the 22-level tower rising higher into the Melbourne skyline every day.  Work on the level 15 lift shaft has already commenced and the level five and six apartments and recreation deck are well underway.

We have wrapped up the year with an exciting milestone for elm with FoodWorks having recently purchased the ground floor retail space which will be transformed into a gourmet produce store by renowned design team, Mim Design.

FoodWorks is scheduled to open in December 2010 to coincide with the completion of elm.
